Its design eliminates any moiré effect whatever the screen size and provides a resolution limit far beyond any existing projector.

Video

Enlightor 4K is the ultimate neutral projection surface, providing an absolute whiteness. It also presents a negligible gain loss when compared to perforated screens. Its total absence of visible structure equals the best existing solid screen materials. In terms of video imaging quality, the Enlightor 4K sets a benchmark.

Audio

Enlightor 4K acoustic transparency differs from any other AT screen fabric : It provides a uniform attenuation of -2.5 dB over the whole frequency spectrum, hence allowing to simply reajust volume level on the front channels without any type of EQ.

The attenuation is only in the amplitude domain, not having any influence in the time domain nor on the source directivity.

The Enlightor 4K’s finely woven material appealed to the perfectionist videophile in me. It was the only woven screen that could resolve the JVC projector’s pixel pattern. I imagine that with a 4K projector, the difference would be even more dramatic.

I have to say I was blown away with the quality of the screen ! It is a woven one, not perforated and it behaves beautifully, both visually and acoustically. There’s no HF roll-off, just a smooth, linear attenuation of about 2dB across the whole spectrum. No screen loss compensation !
